2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

No. All orders are Prepaid Only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for domestic or international shipments.

4. How long does it take to process an order?

Order processing usually takes 1 - 2 business days for retail orders and 2 - 4 business days for wholesale orders, depending on product availability and order quantity.

5. How long does international delivery take?

International delivery timelines vary by destination and courier service. On average:

  • Express Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days

Please note that delays may occur due to customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs duties, reshipping charges will apply. Refunds are not guaranteed in such cases.

12. Do you accept wholesale bulk orders internationally?

Yes, we accept international wholesale orders. For bulk pricing, minimum order quantity (MOQ), and shipping details, please contact us before placing an order.

13. Are your products insured during shipping?

Insurance coverage depends on the courier service selected. If insurance is available, it will be mentioned during checkout or order confirmation.
