Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

- Genuine Defects Only: Returns or exchanges are accepted only for products with verifiable manufacturing defects or if the wrong product was delivered.

- No Returns for "Dislike": Returns based on personal preference, disliking the product, or "change of mind" will not be accepted.

- Unboxing Video is Mandatory: No claim will be entertained without a clear, 360-degree unboxing video submitted within 24 hours of delivery.  Unedited and uncut from the moment of opening until the defect is shown.

Returns

  • We accept returns & exchange only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing uncut video as proof.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • No returns on customized, discounted, or clearance items.
  • Wholesale orders are non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or wrong item shipped.

Refunds

  • Once the return is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds are issued only to the original prepaid payment method.
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

International Orders

  • For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping and customs charges, unless the mistake is from our side.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier partners.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders that are already shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • By placing an order on our website, you automatically accept this Return & Refund Policy.
